This Lemon & Ginger is an blend of ginger root, lemon peel and lemon grass and makes a perfect after-dinner infusion with the digestive benefits of ginger and the antioxidant effects of vitamin C.
Lemon & Ginger is also part of our Tea Tonic range of herbal infusions which are all exclusively blended according to traditional Ayurvedic teachings from Kerala, India.

To Enjoy
Place 1 dessertspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes. May be served with honey.
