Our caffeine-free chamomile infusion is made from only the whole chamomile flower heads for the finest quality and purest flavour. Delicious and perfect for relaxation and promoting a sense of well-being.
Chamomile is a well-known sleep-aid and perhaps the most popular of the caffeine-free infusions. Whilst many chamomile infusions may promote relaxation and as a "sleepy-time tea"; many of these infusions vary greatly in the quality of the flowers and resulting flavour.
Our chamomile uses only the whole chamomile flower heads for the finest aroma, colour and flavour; it is smooth, clean and has a delightful apple-honey finish which makes it a tasty infusion at any time of day and not just a bed-time tonic!
Chamomile is often used as a digestive as well as a relaxant so it is an excellent after-dinner infusion; and cold-brewed overnight with fresh, filtered water creates an apple-honey flavoured infusion that can be topped up throughout the day and is perfect for children.

To Enjoy
Place one dessertspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes. May be enjoyed with honey or lemon to taste.
