Our own special blend of pure chamomile and lavender flowers has been specially blended for fragrant floral aromas; smooth, balanced flavours and the well-known relaxing and stress-relieving properties of these ingredients.
To create this blend, we have started the process with the very finest, caffeine-free flowers. We source our chamomile from the famous fields of Egypt, regarded as probably the finest quality chamomile in the world from which we only accept the highest quality whole flower-heads. We then blend these with our special, pure Lavender Angustifolia to our own special recipe.
Both chamomile and lavender are known for their use as sleep aids and in the relief and treatment of anxiety, stress and digestion. Our well-balanced blend utilises these active properties for a delicious and functional infusion which is an excellent "sleepy-time" tea.
When brewed this, caffeine-free infusion is light, smooth and fragrant with a floral taste and very slight sweetness on the finish.

To Enjoy
Place one dessertspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes. May be enjoyed with honey to taste.
