We have taken our delicious Pu Erh and carefully blended with a hint of strawberry, raspberry and hibiscus and a touch of lavender for a complex and slightly sweet flavour with a red liquor which gives this blend its name.
Tea Palace Mulberry Pu Erh takes its inspiration from structured wines where the principle of mouth feel is as important as taste. This new blend applies this principle to build on the distinctive earthy flavour of Pu Erh whilst adding a fruity element but still retaining dryness.
To Enjoy
Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes. Best enjoyed without milk but can be sweetened to taste. This blend would also make a delicious, complex iced tea.
