This soothing, balancing and caffeine-free herbal infusion is created from using only the finest pure herbs, spices and flowers for a warming, complex and aromatic cup with a sweet finish.
Created as part of our tea tonic range and blended according to traditional Ayurvedic teachings from Kerala, India; Harmony uses ingredients that are designed to restore balance to the system and promote a sense of wellbeing whilst being aromatic and delicious!
The all-star cast of ingredients used in this infusion include cardamom and cinnamon for balance; coriander, fennel and liquorice for cooling; ginger for digestion and restoration and rose to soothe the heart and relieve stress and anxiety.
Whilst these ingredients all have fantastic properties, they also blend together well for a delicious cup. The resulting infusion is aromatic, warming, soothing with a hint of spice and a sweet liquorice finish.
To Enjoy
Place one dessertspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4-6 minutes. May be enjoyed with honey or lemon to taste.
