Dragon Phoenix Pearls

This artisan jasmine tea is crafted by hand and includes only naturally scented green tea. This gentle infusion method results is a wonderful perfume that is sweeter and softer than most jasmine teas.

Dragon Phoenix Pearls is a rare and very special jasmine green tea with delightful perfume and flavour. This rolled green tea is handpicked early in the season and includes only two leaves and a bud in each pearl. The freshly picked leaves are then scattered with fresh jasmine blossoms and left to naturally absorb the jasmine scent before rolling into tight "pearls" and trying.

When infused, the pearls gently unfurl to create a beautifully scented infusions with a sensational jasmine fragrance and a delicious sweet taste.

To Enjoy

Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Switch the kettle off, before it boils, when you hear the water rumbling. Add the hot, but not boiling, water and infuse for 3 minutes. Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling.
