Created to celebrate the opening of our store in the Covent Garden Piazza, it combines black tea and peppermint for an aromatic, refreshing blend.

We blend the finest whole-leaf Chinese Yunnan tea, pure peppermint leaf and flashes of cobalt blue cornflowers for a slightly sweet, spicy and aromatic tea. It is a perfect after-dinner tea and makes a surprisingly versatile iced tea - especially when cold brewed!




To Enjoy

Place one to two teaspoons per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Allow the water to cool after boiling iand infuse for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling.
