Blue Sky is a fragrant blend of the finest Chinese Sencha with rose petals and blue Mallow blossom. It is full of perfume and rich fruity flavours, balanced with a wonderful green tea and a hint of spice on the palate.

To Enjoy
Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Switch the kettle off, before it boils, when you hear the water rumbling. Add the hot, but not boiling, water and infuse for 3 minutes. Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling.
Health Benefits
The secret of green tea lies in the fact it is rich in catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallo-catechin gallate (EGCG) - one of the most powerful polyphenols (natural antioxidants) found in green tea.
